If you have purchased an item from the VIVE Online Store and need to check your tracking number, please click on Order Lookup.
There are 2 ways to obtain your tracking number:
Quick lookup for a guest order
If you don't have an HTC or VIVE account, please use your Order ID and either Email or Billing Zip Code that you used to place the order.
Click on Order Shipments (The Order Shipments tab does not populate until the order has shipped) Your Carrier Name and Tracking Number(s) will be displayed below.
Log in to My Account
If you made the purchase using your HTC/VIVE account, please log in to your account to check your order status.
- Click on My Orders
- Locate the order that you want tracking information for in the list, and click on View Order
- Click on Order Shipments (The Order Shipments tab does not populate until the order has shipped) Your Carrier Name and Tracking Number(s) will be displayed below.
