For orders beginning with the letter S (E.g. SUSXXXX), follow the steps below.
- Click on this link and sign in either via Shop or the email address used to place the order. https://shop-us-account.vive.com/
- Once signed in, click on the order you wish to return.
- Click the Request return button.
- Fill in the Quantity you wish to return for each item on your order, and select a reason for the return in the Reason dropdown.
- Click Request return.
- You will receive an email stating that the return request has been received. Once the return is approved, you will receive another email with additional instructions for returning the product(s) to our warehouse.

There are 2 ways to request a refund:
Quick lookup for a guest order
1. If you don't have an HTC or VIVE account, please use your Order ID and either Email or Billing Zip Code that you used to place the order.
2. Click on the Items Ordered tab
3. Click on Submit for Return
4. Adjust the quantities for each item you wish to return and click the Submit button. If you wish to return all of the items in the order, select the Return All check box underneath the Purchase Date
Log in to My Account
1. Click on My Orders in the upper left corner of the screen
2. Click on View Order to the right of the order you wish to return
3. Click on the Items Ordered tab
4. Click on Submit for Return
5. Adjust the quantities for each item you wish to return and click the Submit button. If you wish to return all the items in the order, select the Return All check box underneath the Purchase Date
