If you have purchased an item from the VIVE Online Store and would like to request a refund, please click on Order Lookup.
There are 2 ways to request a refund:
Quick lookup for a guest order
1. If you don't have an HTC or VIVE account, please use your Order ID and either Email or Billing Zip Code that you used to place the order.
2. Click on the Items Ordered tab
3. Click on Submit for Return
4. Adjust the quantities for each item you wish to return and click the Submit button. If you wish to return all of the items in the order, select the Return All check box underneath the Purchase Date
Log in to My Account
1. Click on My Orders in the upper left corner of the screen
2. Click on View Order to the right of the order you wish to return
3. Click on the Items Ordered tab
4. Click on Submit for Return
5. Adjust the quantities for each item you wish to return and click the Submit button. If you wish to return all the items in the order, select the Return All check box underneath the Purchase Date
