If you have purchased an item from the VIVE Online Store and wish to check the status of your order or obtain the tracking number for your shipment, please follow the steps below.
- Click on this link and sign in either via Shop or the email address used to place the order. https://shop-us-account.vive.com/
- Once signed in, click on your order to open it.
- The status of your order is displayed here. If your order has shipped, the order status of "On its way" will be displayed along with the tracking number of your shipment.
