Delete memos on VIVE Eagle

Learn how to delete saved memos in the VIVE Connect app for VIVE Eagle AI smart glasses. Remove individual or multiple memory entries and keep your saved information organized.

Memos help you save information that you want VIVE AI to remember. If a memo is no longer needed, you can delete it from the VIVE Connect app. You can remove a single memo or delete multiple memos at the same time.

Before you begin

  • Your VIVE Eagle is connected to VIVE Connect.
  • Your phone has an internet connection.
  • VIVE AI is available and configured on your device.

Delete a single memo

  1. To delete a single memory:
  2. Open VIVE Connect.
  3. Go to the VIVE AI screen.
  4. Tap Memories.
  5. Select the memory.
  6. Tap Delete.
  7. Confirm the deletion.

Delete multiple memos

  1. Open VIVE Connect.
  2. Go to the VIVE AI screen.
  3. Tap Memories.
  4. Tap Select.
  5. Choose the memories you want to remove.
  6. Tap Delete.
