Learn how to identify power-related Status LED behaviors on VIVE Eagle AI smart glasses, including startup, shutdown, ready, update, and factory reset states.
The Status LED on VIVE Eagle helps you understand the current power and system state of the glasses. The LED is located on the inner right side of the glasses and uses different light patterns and colors to indicate what the device is doing.

What to Expect During Startup
When you turn on VIVE Eagle by pressing and holding the AI button, the Status LED begins to pulse white. This indicates that the glasses are starting up. Once startup is complete, the LED fades in for a few seconds and then turns off, indicating that the glasses are ready to use.
What to Expect During Shutdown
When you power off VIVE Eagle, the Status LED briefly illuminates and then gradually fades out. This confirms that the shutdown process is underway.
Firmware Update Indicator
During a firmware update, the Status LED continuously blinks white and pink. Do not turn off the glasses or disconnect power while this indicator is active. Wait until the update process finishes before using the device.
Factory Reset Indicator
When VIVE Eagle is performing a factory reset, the Status LED blinks white and pink four times. This indicates that the reset process has started. A factory reset removes data stored on the glasses and returns settings to their defaults while keeping the currently installed firmware version.
