Learn how to generate AI meeting summaries from recorded conversations on VIVE Eagle AI smart glasses using VIVE Connect and VIVE AI Notes.
VIVE Eagle can record meetings, conversations, and voice notes and then generate AI-powered summaries using VIVE AI Notes. AI summaries help you quickly review important details from a recording without listening to the entire audio file again. VIVE AI Notes can summarize recorded meetings and conversations after they have been transcribed.
Before you begin
Before you can generate an AI meeting summary, make sure that:
- The meeting or conversation was recorded using VIVE Eagle and saved as a voice recording.
- The recording has already been transcribed using VIVE AI Notes. AI summaries can only be generated for recordings that have been transcribed.
- Your VIVE Eagle smart glasses are connected to the VIVE Connect app when creating and managing recordings.
What information is included in an AI summary?
VIVE AI Notes can generate a summary of meetings and conversations that includes:
- Date information
- Participants
- Key discussion points
- Action items
This allows you to review the main outcomes of a meeting more efficiently.
Generate an AI meeting summary
- Open VIVE Connect on your phone.
- Go to the VIVE AI screen.
- Tap Voice recordings.
- Select the recording you want to summarize.
- Tap Summary.
VIVE AI Notes will generate a summary from the transcription associated with that recording.
Troubleshooting
If the Summary option is unavailable, first create a transcription. After transcription is complete, return to the recording and generate the AI summary.
