Learn how to share voice recording files, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries from VIVE Eagle AI smart glasses using the VIVE Connect companion app for smart glasses.
If you've recorded a voice note, meeting, or conversation with VIVE Eagle, you can share the original recording as well as any transcripts and AI-generated summaries created with VIVE AI Notes. Sharing is handled through the VIVE Connect app.
Before you begin
Before sharing transcripts or summaries, the voice recording must exist in VIVE Connect. AI summaries can only be generated after a recording has been transcribed.
Depending on your needs, you can share:
- The original audio recording (.aac)
- A transcript (.pdf)
- An AI-generated summary (.pdf)
Share a recording, transcript, or summary
- Open VIVE Connect on your phone.
- On the VIVE AI screen, tap Voice recordings.
- Select the recording you want to share.
- Tap the Share icon.
- Select one or more file types:
- Audio recording (.aac)
- Transcript (.pdf)
- Summary (.pdf)
- Tap Next.
- Choose the app you want to use for sharing and complete the sharing process.
Share multiple recordings at once
You can share more than one voice recording at the same time.
- Open VIVE Connect.
- Go to Voice recordings.
- Tap Select to enter selection mode. You can also tap and hold a recording.
- Select the recordings you want to share.
- Tap the share icon.
- Choose the files and sharing app you want to use.
