Learn how to review AI-generated summaries, key discussion points, participants, and action items from recorded conversations on VIVE Eagle AI smart glasses using VIVE AI Notes and the VIVE Connect companion app.
When you record conversations, meetings, or voice notes with VIVE Eagle, you can use VIVE AI Notes in the VIVE Connect app to generate an AI summary of the recording. The summary helps you quickly review the most important information without listening to the entire recording again.
A summary can only be generated for voice recordings that have already been transcribed. If a recording has not been transcribed yet, create a transcript first and then generate the summary.
What information is included in an AI summary?
After a voice recording has been transcribed, VIVE AI Notes can create a summary that includes:
- The date of the recorded conversation or meeting.
- Participant information when available.
- Key discussion points from the recording.
- Action items identified from the conversation.
This information is designed to help you quickly understand what was discussed and identify any follow-up tasks that were mentioned during the conversation.
Understanding key discussion points
The key points section highlights the main topics and important information discussed in the recording. Rather than reviewing the entire transcript, you can use these highlights to:
- Refresh your memory about the conversation.
- Review important decisions or conclusions.
- Identify the topics that received the most attention.
VIVE AI Notes generates these highlights from the transcript of the recording. The recording must be transcribed before a summary can be created.
Understanding action items
Action items are tasks, follow-ups, or responsibilities mentioned during the recorded conversation. VIVE AI Notes identifies these items and presents them as part of the generated summary.
Examples of action items may include:
- Tasks that need to be completed.
- Follow-up activities that were agreed upon.
- Items that require further review or discussion.
The exact action items shown depend on the content of the recorded conversation and the information identified within the transcript.
