If VIVE AI on your VIVE Eagle is unable to complete requests that depend on Google Gemini, the issue is usually related to Gemini settings, app integrations, language configuration, connectivity, or account permissions. This article explains the most common causes and how to resolve them.
Symptoms
You may experience one or more of the following issues:
- VIVE AI cannot create calendar events.
- VIVE AI cannot create reminders or tasks.
- Smart home commands do not work.
- Music playback requests fail.

- You hear messages such as:

Before you begin
For Gemini-powered features to work correctly:
- VIVE Eagle must be connected to the VIVE Connect app.

Check whether Gemini app integrations are enabled
Many VIVE AI requests depend on Gemini having access to supported apps and services.
- Open the Gemini app on your phone.
